Text messages are a good idea. People want to be kept in the loop during the entire process. And this would also prevent the customer from repeatedly calling to get status updates. One recommendation, when you have a new customer who comes by to get an estimate, let them know that the estimate process could take some time. I was not prepared to sit & wait over 30min as my car was being looked at.

Work done was good but updates and car ready call went to an incorrect number. I have used ABRA several times in the past all using the same contact number. I called after 5 days to find out what was the status and found out it was ready the previous day.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Everything went smoothly and as well as one could expect. I can't really complain because they let me use the loaner car for free but the wheel did Shake and there was a sizable bubble in the sidewall of one of the tires. When you check out a loaner car you sign a paper saying that you are responsible for it, I just didn't like to drive it bc I was worried about a blowout. I still really appreciate being able to use the car, and I wouldn't expect it to be new or in great shape, I was just worried that something would happen and I'd be liable for it.
