The ABRA Auto Body & Glass team is an absolutely outstanding job from beginning to end. The body repairs and paint job were of the highest quality. My car looks like it just rolled of the new car lot. Everyone at ABRA, from the receptionist, to the appraiser, and the rest of the team were most professional and treated me with the utmost courtesy. Grant Bacon took time from his busy day to e-mail me daily updates on the progress of the repairs to my car, which I considered exceptional customer service. I really appreciated him taking the time to send updates. I have already recommended ABRA at County Line and Colorado to two acquaintances who have auto show quality cars. One owner has a "couple of dings" in his show car and will probably be looking at your facility in the near future. I have also completed SafeCo Insurance Company's customer satisfaction survey and gave the ABRA team the highest marks and praise possible. And let them know that they should never hesitate to recommend ABRA Highlands Ranch on Colorado Blvd. in Colorado. Your entire team is fantastic!
