I was very satisfied with my experience at ABRA in everything from the efficiency of the work, the quality of the repairs as well as the customer relations. From the phone calls and daily texts I knew what was happening to the repairs of my car through the whole process which I found very useful. The work on our car was excellent as was our initial contact with your staff. However when I came to pick up our car I waited approximately 10-15 minutes for your receptionist to acknowledge me as she was working with a potential client. When she finally did acknowledge me, she asked for another staff person (Julie)to come up to help me. This did not occur and I then waited another 10 minutes for help. She asked if I wanted to go over the repairs with Abra staff but since I had already been waiting for 20-25 minutes I declined. I understand that your business may be very busy but I do expect that if your front staff is working with a potential client, and there are staff sitting , talking in an adjacent room, someone should be able to help expedite business with an existing client.
