Everything about my repair experience was first rate from answering my initial questions to when we picked up the car. I was amazed at how well the Abra people communicated what was happening in every step of the process. The people I dealt with could teach other companies how to deal with customers. Outstanding!

Hi! Usaa sent me to Your Co. It was close, so I went to see. First thing I noticed honestly? Was the place was super clean with comfy chairs and a clean bathroom! Stuff women, pay attention to....: mark came to hel me out and assess my lil Miata. He was extremely pleasant and kind and good sense of humour. He was concise and explained every nuance. I felt better and knew my beloved car, was in good hands. The WHOLE staff was super friendly, too. I especially liked the following: the text updates, the ability to pick up and drop off my rental. Mark handled it all, with aplomb! He deserves a raise or something! I already reccommended your place to my girlfriend who has bad luck like me :) And my Car? Looks better than when I got it off the showroom floor. No kidding! All vacuumed and clean. Whooo weee, its first actual bath in Three years. That alone, thrilled me. All aftercare was explained as well. I was able to not stress as much, because y'all, made things easier all around. Hopefully! I won't need to come there too often, eh?! Thanks for providing fabulous services and comfortable chairs, which NO one Ever has. For some reason, car places always make u sit on dirty plastic chairs.... Dennis was so helpful. He went the extra mile to help us save money and get the repair done quickly. We were so satisfied we are going to bring in our jeep to have repairs done. Your receptionist was very gracious in giving us directions to help us find the location of your business. We are not familiar with area and got lost several times. Please thank**** for us again. We really were grateful for his assistance.

I really appreciated all of the communication I received throughout this process. Being in the situation of having a wreck and having my car wasn't pleasant, but Matt and Abra definitely made it better than I expected. I never had to call and check on my car. Matt was always contacting me to update me. I truly had a great experience. In fact, when we went to pick up my car, my Dad was with me. He said I had such a great experience, that when he needs auto body help, he will go to Abra! Thanks again! You get a "10" from me!

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and courtesy of the staff at the Littleton, Colorado Abra shop. Every one of the office ladies was friendly, gracious, and made me feel right at home. My Buick was at Abra for two weeks, and I received daily updates on her repair status. I was lost without my car, and these updates made my day. My repairs were completed a day earlier than projected, and the crew even detailed my car! I hope that I won't need accident-related body work in the future, but if i do, I will absolutely choose this Abra.

Service was fast and my contacts conastanty updated me with the progress of my vehicle. Best mark, car was returned on time and looking great!
