This was my first experience at your place. The customer service exceeded expectation. The staff was 100% attentive to my needs. I can not tell you how pleased I am. Your general manager, Scott Meagher, could not have been nicer. He needs a bonus, cause he does a fantastic job with the clients. Pam Cook at the front desk was right on top of everything. A big thank you and appreciation to Kenny Lin also. In this day and time, good customer service can be difficult to find. What ever you are doing to motivate your staff, keep doing it. It didn't matter if I was spending 600.00 or 6000 or &60,000, I was number one in you place. Thank you from an extremely satisfied customer.

Very quick, efficient and courteous. Considered customer needs. It appeared the management truely felt a pride of ownership in responsibility for ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction. One negative was the multiple emails I received that were generated by the administrative staff. One initial contact email and a status update by management would have sufficed. Six emails mostly thanking me for my business with cutesy phrases quickly became an irritant like spam.

My only personal contacts were with Alison and Jason. You've got two keepers. They were both wonderful to work with, very cordial, very pleasant--just nice to deal with.
The repair was done as expected, the wash was nice, but whoever cleaned the windows on the inside used an oily rag. I guess you can't have it all.
Overall, a job well done.
