I was satisfied with the repair but very disappointed in something else. I was promised a small bottle of touch-up paint and called twice to follow up. David promised twice to call back but never did. I went to MB dealer to buy paint.

It was a poor experience. I asked for an estimate for some additional scratches and never heard a word! Randy seemed to be more worried about the windshield being covered then the 4 agents I spoke with from USAA insurance. I was told when I dropped it off that if there were any existing chips in the windshield that the insurance would not cover it! I later found out that it is not true. When I picked my car up this morning the searches on the front of my hood were not fixed and were a direct result of the lady whose car hit me. When I asked about it I was told we tried to buff it out! I will never use Abra again, and will not refer it to friends and family. This is sad because last time I uses you it was a wonderful experience and that's why I used you this time around!
