Unfortunately this was my third time in the last year to use Abra services (I have teenagers). I thought this visit, like the two previous ones, was relatively painless and the job was well done. I would have like a bit more communication in the last few days but I think I'm a pretty demanding consumer. All's well that ends well.

Working with staff at the shop was great. Workin with your call center to schedule repairs and diagnose the problem was time consuming and irritating. Too much back and forth and in clear communication between the glass people and the body people.

ABRA has done a great job, this may be outside of ABRA's control, however, I was not particularly impressed with Enterprise, the car rental company. They did not provide a full size rental car as requested. A tiny little buggy car was given to me with the promise that a full sized car will be delivered to me no later than noon. Ended up no body follow through, I have to call Enterprise later in the afternoon, and personally drove to the Enterprise to swap the car. The 2nd shift does not appear to even know this until I request him to follow thru.
