I am very happy with the work to the vehicle and the professional demeanor of the service managers that I dealt with. I was not entirely happy with the female I dealt with at the front desk. I believe that she deals with the same "type" of client , those frustrated by am accident or dealing with insurance agencies and therefore she herself is frustrated in general making customer service NOT her number one priority. She said to me on 2 seperate occasions that "I know, I hear that from everyone... Or everyone has the same situation " and quite honestly, as a customer I don't care about everyone else's situation I care about my situation. She gave me false information about the rental car company I had to use... Saying they wouldn't cover my rental on days the my car wasn't being worked on... The manager who walked me around my car told me that was not the case . I think that maybe she just needs some extra help to handle the heavy workload or to learn a little about customer service. All we ( as customers) want is to feel our vehicles will be done correctly and in a timely manner and told in a positive way.
