We are having problems with the window coming out of the track and only going half way up then jamming. This was fixed once by ABRA then it happened again shortly there after. I worked on this myself again today 7/5 but am not satisfied with the new door that was provided as this problem only surfaced once we had the new door. Please give me or my wife a call Jim or Jeanne at ***-***-**** to see if we can get some resolution to this annoying and reoccurring problem.
