The damage to my truck was minor but the shop replaced my bumper and made the truck look great again. The thing I was really impressed with was the fact that when I went to pick up my truck they had washed and cleaned up the interior of my truck. That was unexpected and a pleasant surprise, I will recommend ABRA to my friends and co-workers for that simple fact. The only complaint I would have and it is very minor is that when I dropped off the truck I asked to be called or e-mailed about anything do not text me. I received 4 diffrent texts in two days, rather annoying. Other than that GREAT JOB.

I encountered a lot of "road blocks" in getting my car fixed. Initially the wrong door was ordered (a back door when supposed to be a front), then the door was days late arriving (which I realize is not ABRA's fault). When I picked up the car, the window had been scratched in several places. While I was told this will be replaced, the whole thing has been pretty inconvenient.
