While walking around vehicle, I noticed scuffs and scratches all over the rear gate near the area that was replaced. NEVER HAD THEM BEFORE I BROUGHT IT IN FOR REPAIR.. Very upset with the condition Mt vehicle is in.

The man who helped me was extremely professional and timely with my repairs. However my overall experience was almost ruined by the shop manager****. I didn't get his last name but he was a big guy who made being at Abra a bit uncomfortable by the way he spoke to his people. He showed no hesitation on yelling at someone about something small in front of others and especially customers. I was overall very happy with the help but would in the future bring my car to another Abra as to avoid seeing the manager****.
