My car was not repaired by the time I was initially told. I had a funeral and out of town traveling that was complicated due to the delay. It was a stressful time and the setbacks at Abra made it worse. Also, when I first dropped my car off there were two employes having a loud disagreement with occasional obsentities within hearing distance. The receptionist had to do my initial exam because there was no one available to help me. My experience with Abra was very disappointing.

The work that was done when I got my vehicle was not to my satisfaction.
My truck was not cleaned up as I would of expected and I don't think a final inspection was done as the wheel flare was bowed out and had to be corrected.
I think they were in a rush to end the months closing. I have used the same Abra before and had good luck and I just had my daughter have some work done on her vehicle there. I don't know if I would have them work on a vehicle for me again . If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
