I loved the updates about the progress of my car's repairs!! Thank you for doing such an excellent job on my car! Nobody would ever guess my car had been in an accident.

From start to finish a professional, pleasant, and outstanding service experience. Communication was clear and informative. Liked getting email updates on progress and was thrilled to get it done in half the estimated time. The flexibiity regarding pick up time due to snowfall and my ride was handled with a smile. Truly continue to be impressed with Abra!

For the most part everything was fine. I realize the setbacks in the date the car would be ready were due to Nissan parts and shipping, not to ABRA. However, there is an issue that I am very upset about. When I went to Enterprise to return my rental, I had to pay 120 extra out of pocket because the rental had to be extended 6 days beyond my 30 day policy limit. Somebody dropped the **** here. Throughout the process, I was assured that if my rental was needed past 30 days, that would be taken care of. I received this assurance from ABRA and from Enterprise. However, it was not done and here I sit on a Friday short 120. Luckily I just got paid so I have the money. Otherwise I literally do not know what I would have done. Somebody will reimburse me I am sure. That however is beside the point. The damage is already done. I am out 120 because someone did not do their job. Next week is a holiday, so I wait even longer. I am sure everyone will apologize, but I doubt I will be compensated for the error. I am disappointed, to say the least. I was very satisfied with ABRA until the very end. Things got messed up at the end, left a sour taste in my mouth and a bad last impression. Also, no one reattached my front license plate, so I am currently driving without it on the front of my car. Not happy about that either. All in all, not the best experience. My coworker who referred me to you was exceptionally pleased with her ABRA experience, I however, cannot say the same.

Ralph and Jeff did a great job...very quickly. I have never needed this type of service before and they made it friendly and easy. My vehicle looks great. Hopefully I will not need them again but if I do, I know they are the right guys to call.

You guys did an excellent job. You guys did A quality and the quick turnaround was mind blowing. Gloria and Heather are so great at their jobs. Customer service was the best. I love the way you guys use the latest technology to communicate the status of my repair. It was convenient and appreciated. If i ever have another accident( hopefully never again) I am definitely using Abra! I love you guys.

The daily up to date phone calls on the progress of the vehicle. Friendly service. The walk down and detail report of what was completed and repaired on the vehicle

First of all the customer service was a welcoming experience. The reception Gloria extends on a consistent basis is to be honored and commended because it's the window to the excellent service Abra offers. If I ever need ANY service Abra provides, I won't hesitate to return, and me along with the repair I received will be echoed to anyone I know.

Arba in Kenosha is outstanding!! Kathy and Jim are great in customer service and went above and beyond in guest relations!!! I will most definetly will refer people to you!!!! Thank you again for the great service!!!!

First of all i would think that you would get my my name correct. It is Jo Ann Jagodzinski. I'm not sure where you received the spelling. The text updates didn't tell me anything. It would have been nice if someone would have called me to give me an accurate update. When i did pick up the car nobody walked around the car with me to make sure everything was ok. I had to find the chip in the paint myself. I have to bring my vehicle back to get the door repainted. Another inconvenience. I had a vehicle repaired at your west allis location and the service was much better. Disappointing.

The work was terrific! I can not tell the repairs from the original. I particularly enjoyed working with Mary Voss, your manager. She very much assured me about handling the insurance, quality of the work and firm due date. I would definitely keep her employed! What more can I say....EXCELLENT Job! Thanks, Leon Risser

Wonderful Services were provided by both David and Stacy. I cannot say enough. They had me booked within 24 hours of my call, fixed my window within a 7 hour period while I was at work. Great customer service!! I even got a ride to work which was very helpful!

The customer service is considerate and very patient- Deanna worked with my mother (which always requires a lot of patience :) ) and me to assure a reasonable rental car rate and worked with us for convenient dates. Excellent communication on progress via daily texts. I have been very happy with the repairs- the car looks nearly new again.

I very much appreciated the contact with the business. Most often you do not know what is going on, and when to expect your vehicle back. But with the personal updates via e-mail, telephone, I was able to plan ahead and eliminate any last minute planning. The repairs and review of the repairs where also greatly appreciated. They did a wonderful job, and with the work that had to be done, they did it very timely.
