Everyone was very nice and when I came in I was taken care of right away. The only thing was it took a much longer time for my Auto to be repaired than I expected.

Andre was great, but it was a chore getting scheduled with your front desk and obtaining car rental approval from the insurance company, AAA. Arrived early for 8 AM drop-off appointment and front office entrance was locked and dark until almost 8:15. Staff explained "their meeting ran over", so several customers, including myself, were just waiting in the parking lot. Repairs appear OK, but customer service needs work.
