Everyone at Abra is very kind and welcoming. I've had work done with the Lexington Drive Knoxville location in the past, and they were very helpful. I really appreciate being kept me up to date on their progress throughout the repair. When my insurance agent asked me where they should schedule my repairs for my recent claim, I specifically requested this Abra location because they left such a good impression during my last repairs 2 years ago. Got a text the car was ready Friday called and the car was not ready until Monday. Had to pay 3 extra days of rental car. Car was covered with rain could not tell the quality of work done. Polishing compound on exterior and interior. Not what I expected as a repeat customer. Car had a pungent smell of paint on the inside.
