My car took twice as long as expected to finish. I understand the delays, however, I was never informed of the changes. I had to call every day to ask when it would be finished. The only time they contacTed me they called my father instead of my number even though I gave them my number when I dropped the vehicle off.

Electrical wiring in door was left disconnected leaving no door light in the right rear door, but apparently this disconnected from the air conditioning as well. I was on the interstate after leaving your faculty for approximately 45 minutes with no AC. AC was working fine when I brought the car to you.
