The receptionists was a joy to work with and always had a smile on her face. My husband and I loved working with the staff. We loved the fact that we were always informed of status of repairs to my vehicle through either Mr. Alan or the automated updates. I will be recommending this facility to all my family and friends. A very expensive cigar was stolen from the glove compartment and the wrapper was left behind. I also had an engine overheat alarm go off shortly after taking possession of the car due to the fact that technicians did not properly "bleed out" all air pockets from the newly installed radiator.
