From the receptionist to Brad Illg, my service rep everyone was so friendly and helpful. This has been one of my best customer service experiences ever. My only recommendation is to please provide lids for the coffee cups and napkins in the coffee service area. Everything else about my experience down to the text message updates-which were such an awesome service to provide-was top notch.
