Was told the car would be at the service center at 8 am and that they were open until 3pm on saturday. I made plans for that afternoon at 1pm. The car was not delivered ubtil 1030 and they closed at noon. I had was waiting all morning for the call then had to drop everything and find some to drive me an hour to pick up my car. No one went over the truck no one explained anything like the did before. I dont know what was painted or not, how long befor washing? The water in the radior was almost empty.
