The whole process wss very painful.the job was to take 8 days it took 35 days. We were lied to several times. Things were so bad we have to get usaa involved. We wull never use your services or recomend your body shop.yours truly Very dissapointed.

My car was kept for about a month. I was told it would be ready several different times and it wasn’t. I was told service king wanted to give me back my car really clean but it was dirty inside. Gas was almost empty and i had to follow up for status on my car. I was hoping i would get some sort of discount on the deductible payment for all of the trouble. I probably will not be back to service king and probably will not recommend anyone. The car looks good on the outside but not happy with the customer service and response.
