When I received my back, there was damage to the interior that was not present before. Upon speaking to**** Mathis, I was told that the damage was due to the age of my car. A dime-sized hold in the driver's side window tint has nothing to do with the age of my car! I was and am very, very upset and distressed by this occurence. Now I have another expense to fix this damage. I am extremely dissatisfied with service from Service King #135 in Duluth, GA!!!

Well, I ended up calling to see when the car would be ready because it wasn't ready the date they originally stated. Although they were delayed, they probably just want to call or alert the customer of any changes if that original deadline isn't met. I was a little concerned I hadnt heard back. It could've just been my phone. They explained everything after I called. Other than that the alerts and messages they left were great. The work on the car was great too. Thank guys

We had a great experience with Service King. They were very helpful and efficient. We received our car ahead of schedule and she looked brand new. On top of giving me the most of attention and making sure Im comfortable all the way, the price of repairs was cheaper than what I expected too!
Best customer care all the way I was given constant notifications about the status and estimates of repairs. The crew worked very hard to finish ahead of schedule, returning my baby by the end of a very first week even had to stay late Saturday, but I got my car back and its like new again.
Very very happy, and as much as I try to avoid accidents, well, they happen, so next time in a difficult situation like this I got a place to go to!
