I was totally and happily pleased with my experience from start to finish regarding the repair of my car passenger front window. After being so stressed and upset about the smash and grab actually occurring, the team at Service King was courteous, professional and compassionate. Radek upon arrival helped make my car safe to temporarily drive until I gathered approval from Allstate to schedule the assigned repair appt. (NOTE: My car dealership made zero effort to do that!!) & Alexis provided prompt updates throughout the week of repairs.
I am a firm beliver in paying it forward and will definitely tell everyone I know about my great experience at Service King.
