From the time I arrived until I picked up my car everything was wonderful! I was informed daily if the progress on my car that was really great. Everyone was pleasant and informative. My car looks brand new! I would definitely come back and recommend your facility. I also love the fact that you are connected with the car rental places and I didn't have to arrange to get the car back to them and could leave it at your place to be picked up. That is a real bonus. The repair was done very well. The team needed more time thatn expected which was okay as they wanted to make sure it was done perfectly. I appreciated that. The exterior of the car was clean and looked very nice. My only complaint is that the interior of the car was covered in a layer of dust. I understand that the shop gets dusty, however I would have appreciated someone wiping down the interior to ensure it was returned in the same condition as when I dropped it off.
