The experience was pleasant considering I had to do without my vehicle for quite some time, however I appreciate the customer service and how nice and clean my car was when I got it back. Please let the people know cleaning my floors that they left water in the mats or maybe the floor carpets. So it did sour a little bit before I realized the wet mats. I just took the mats out and let it dry out some more but just wanted you to know that when the mats go in wet or the floor still wet it kind of sours and doesn't smell great thank you for everything the car looks great ????. I'm happy to have it back all fixed and cleaned

Was told the first week that I would get a call within 24 hours and got that call a week later only because I picked up the phone and called. Only gave me 3 text messages saying that they were almost done , but those 3 messages were exactly the same each time and I never really knew what was going on with my vehicle. Only way they would contact me about anything is if I called them. Every time I called to ask about the process of my car , I always felt rushed off the phone like I was in the way. They also didnt even try to place the hood on completely or try to shape it back to the oem way.
