My car took a little longer than expected and wasn't completed by the time I needed to return my rental so Mo took car of the extra days I needed to keep my rental until my car was ready to be picked up. I greatly appreciated such a high level of customer service, as no shop has ever offered to go above and beyond like that. I expected to just be told sorry about it, but it was so much more than that. Thank you.
