Things were not put back how they were found. Appeared the back seat had been removed or pulled up because the seat cover was off and the seatbelt was under the seat which I had to retrieve. Service also took 4 days instead of 2 days like we were originally told. The body work looks great though which we are very happy about.

I would have liked to been called while it was being worked on and to be kept informed updated I called on the day I was supposed to get the car back in the AM and they still didn't know if it was going to be done . Someone was going to call me back in 45 min but never did. I called again then they told me 4 o'clock. I was told I would be called if different. I got there at 4 and it wasn't done till 4:30 quarter to 5. Wash job was done partly. Front desk person very nice.
