I recieved frequent updates about my vehicle and repairs being done easing the anxiety I was having, the car looked just as new as it was before the damage. Jim was very thorough in explaining what was done to the vehicle as well as educating me on my brand new 2015 Honda Accord. A QA inspection should have been done before i got my car back. The AC didnt work, headlights werent aligned, the daytime lights and high beams was out on one side. All from the accident of front impact. All vehicles going out should be inspected by an inspector prior to, so I wouldnt have had to come back twice to get these items fixed. Attention to details. Who knows what other items were missed during my cars visit that may come later. I am not confident in Kendricks work...

My bumper was supposed to be repaired. I received a call saying it was ready. I went to pick it up and it wasn't fixed. So they kept it to repair it again. They called and said the spots I pointed out had been repaired so I came back down and they were worse than before so I left it. It took 3 times before it was repaired almost correctly. My experiece was horrible. It's a brand new car and I wanted it to look like new.
