The repairs on n my vehicle were great, however, my experience at the customer service center wasn't so great. I waited for almost an hour to get my vehicle because of some miscommunication and mishap with my paperwork. The customer service representatives did not update me with a progress, nor did they check on me while waiting. It took for me to make several phone calls to get what I needed done. I was very dissatisfied.
