Bobby was fantastic. Very professional, incredibly responsive and always kept me up to date on where the car was at in the repair process. He was very nice and made it a really enjoyable experience - we live in Sachse, so the Wylie location is actually closer to us, but I would use the Rowlett location again because of Bobby.
