The mirror glass in driver's side mirror you replaced vibrates constantly, creating a blurry image for the driver. This was my first experience with your company and it was wonderful. The facility was clean, orderly, and offered many perks for customers i.e. snacks/drinks. The associates were knowledgeable and kind helping me go through the whole process as easily as possible. Luke was the associate that kept me informed with all the information for my car on a daily basis and he was excellent! He continually left emails and phone messages. He was thorough and concise. He was also empathic with my needs. When my car was finished he helped me problem solve how I could drop off my rental and pick up my own car without any extra hassle or additional cost. Great job overall.
