The quality of the body repairs done on my vehicle was excellent. Customer service was also very impressive, with text updates twice every day (morning and afternoon), Repairs were completed in just 2 days, which isn't the norm in the Knoxville area. Abra even cleaned vehicle interiors prior to delivery which they didn't have to do. Every staff member I dealt with was courteous and respectful trying in every instance to take care of my needs.
