The car was finished a lot faster than I thought it might be. Of course this being my first accident I had no idea of the time frame. Everyone was very nice and informative. The only glitch was that no one let me know what the damage was or when I could expect it for a couple of days. I had to call them and ask them the details. I did however get the standard automated response everyday. When I did call they were very apologetic that I had not heard from them. It was an honest slip up.
