They were very friendly at first( tech explained everything, but once completed, no one was there, they just gave me the keys, no look over, no one to ask if I had any concerns, the receptionist was very rude, would hang up before I was finished with the conversation ( usually you wait to hear the customer say goodbye) she had a very nonchalant attitude about my concern about leaving the rental. I got the impression that everything is staged, they are to be on their best behavior at the first visit ( to get your business) but once they have it, and job is completed, you then see their true colors.
