Was a little concerned when 1st "ready date" was 12/4, (car in paint shop) then 12/6, then 12/9. As I was at day 17 of rental car (only had 20 thru insurance) was stressed. On 12/9 when I called in the receptionist was kind enough to tell to me the ordered headlight was broken upon receipt. Eased my mind to know a reason why. Overall your staff is supportive, friendly and helpful. This was the 1st in over 40 years I had had to deal with a situation like this. I would/will recommend you to others.

Everyone was great - Sherman, the technicians that worked on my car and the sweet woman who works at the front desk. My car was done sooner than expected and it looks like new again. I was kept informed of the progress, which was much appreciated (thank you Sherman). When I picked up my car I had a little issue with some marks still on the rim, but someone came out right away with some goop and took care of the problem. Chicken Little is one happy Prius.

This was truly painless. THe carwest crew worked around my family emergencies to set a date to do the repair. I had to cancel once due to my 87 year old mother being hospitalized. They changed the date. I dropped the car off and two days later they told me it was ready. I was shocked. Looks great, great service, and very accomodating. I very much appreciated receiving daily updates on the progress of my auto repairs via email. It was nice to know that you think of the customers and keep them informed regarding the progress of the car repairs. It was also a nice touch that the whole car was washed on the day of pick up so the car is spotless clean for the customer to pick up.
