Never owned a car before or ever had a car accident so I was pretty nervous going through the whole process with Geico and Trew but I got updates consistently and knew exactly what was going on with my car. They got my car fixed up in a timely fashion and let me know ahead of time when it would probably be finished. The pick up was beyond quick and easy and the staff and the desk were very nice and helpful. The workers also vacuumed out my car! That was unexpected but made the whole thing better, thank you.
