I received four different delivery times for my car. I did not get my calls returned. The only way I knew it was ready I had to call the insurance adjuster to find out if it was ready. Then when I went to pick it up it took two hours. It had to be washed and still had some issues with the truck. Very poor experience

I asked to take care of keeping my car undercover or protected from a rainstorm expected that evening because of a leak in the ceiling. At 6:00am the next day I see it outside under a rainstorm. Ceiling got soaked! My request was ignored and my calls all that day were ignored!
