With this being my first accident, Carl Stokes was AMAZING! He answered any and all questions I had,he calmed any anxiety I had from being away from my car (my first one) and dealing with the insurance company and even if I felt like I was too much with the phone calls he was always patient and polite. The customer service experience I had with him is hands down the reason I will come back to Classic Collision if I am ever in need of repair. Broken glass still seems to be in the tracks of my sunroof from when it was broken, glass can be heard scratching in the works. The XM fin was not repaired and still has scratches on it (part is said to be replaced soon). There is a new stain on the sunroof visor (part is said to be replaced soon). Sunroof visor is misaligned. There is quite a lot of residue on the car from repairs which the presenter tried to help clean, but it would have taken too long, so I left as the shop was closing soon.

They took three months to repair my car.Every other day I'd get a text that it would be delayed again.They finally offered a rental car because my insurance only covered 30 days.I lost work days and my job and got so behind.They put other cars before mine and said they didn't have enough technicians,but the whole experience is awful.I went to pick it up yesterday and the the gas lid cover wouldn't open correctly.I can't imagine underneath my car.
