Cornelius deserves a lot of credit for taking over my job and pushing it through in a week. The craftsmanship is fine.
I'd either fix or throw out the email update system as it spits out inaccurate information about job completion and it seems everyone at CC knows it. In my case, the work on my car was to take a week (and it did)' but I received emails every day stating it would take 4-5 additional days. Give some local control over what is communicated to you customers or trash a really bad system that does little but create anxiety for all concerned.
