Erika did a fantastic job keeping me informed with every step of the repair. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was ok with my rental, updated me through the whole process and even got the repairs done ahead of schedule.
Erika explained in detail what was repaired and even made sure the car looked tip-top when I picked it up! I have been to Classic three times and this visit with Erika was by far the best

Started off rough when I was kept waiting over 45 minutes after my scheduled appt time due to staff taking two drop ins for estimates. Felt classic collision didn't want to lose two potential customers and knew they already had my business. I wasn't happy since due to delay, I had to rescheduled work appts to make my classic collision spot.
However, once car in shop, excellent service, friendly staff, and love the new updates by text. Left very satisfied and would bring my car to shop again. Hopefully,they won't keep scheduled appts waiting over 15 minutes.

We were prepared to pay by check and it was completely inconvenient when we arrived to pick up the car. No one had forewarned us that you don't accept checks. That is still a valid way to transact.
