Better communication between the claim rep and myself with the status of the car repair would have made the experience more pleasant. Since I had to continue to follow up regarding a simple mirror replacement was not acceptable.

I really appreciate how prompt you were to send text to keep me updated about my car. It was like a doctor keeping me updated about a surgery procedure. I love the way my car looks. Getting the information to start my vehicle's repairs were a major hassle. I would play phone tag with the original individual who had assessed my vehicle, taken my insurance information and started the process. He never returned phone calls, was never available to explain the delays. It was several weeks before I was finally able to get service from the individual who completed the initial repairs on my vehicle. She worked hard to help me, but sadly did not inform me that the work on the front of my vehicle wasn't approved due to the car that we were shoved into not being listed on the accident report. I now have to get the accident report updated and bring my car in once again in order to complete the full repairs of my vehicle.
