I had to pay for the repairs our of my pocket and in talking with Jeffery we discussed how we could do a good repair and keep the cost down, so he gave me the options and was able to do just that. I really like the e-mail updates I got everyday and the staff starting with the front desk person, Jeffery and Steven all where very nice and helpful, I own a small business and I tell everyone being nice to customers and treating them the way you like to be treated is key, So I will defiantly use Classic Collision again..
