Paula was very helpful during the whole process. I can sincerely say that I felt better knowing she was in charge of my car. I was apprehensive at first because of a bad experience at another body shop (Candy Apple) but she was able to calm my nerves. I will recommend this place to my family and friends.

Took very long. Then when we went to pick up the car, it was given a system error at ignition. It took 90 more minutes to get that resolved. Also the people taking care of the rentals was very unhelpful and unprofessional.
