I appreciated the representatives updates on my vehicles repair process. On the day of my pick up, I inspected the car's new bumper and found that the right side bumper is flush with the rear body of my Sentra, but the left side bumper is not. The representative advised me that he would speak to the repair department about my concern and contact me to schedule a return. I haven't heard from the repair department or Classic Collison's representative.

Excellent service from start to finish! I worked with Crystal, Paul, and Cameran. I honestly wasn't expecting the level of service I received. They greet you when you walk in and keep you updated throughout the entire process. My car was only in the shop for 4 days after being rear-ended. It was brand new so I was very nervous to see the finished product but it looks perfect!! It's like it never even happened. I can't thank you enough Classic Collison of Marietta.
