I am unbelievably shocked at the timing and how awesome you all made my experience with getting my vehicle fixed. Then I get my van back and it is detailed inside and out, washed and cleaned! I literally sat in my van for 10 minutes saying "wow" out loud because everything turned out so wonderfully Perfect! Take my car up today, and there are a few lingering issues with it; namely, the alignment is off, the driver's side window makes a clicking sound now when it rolls up, and the driver's door door sags a little so it does not close properly. However, I know the guys at John Harris are wonderful and will take care of all of these issues when all is said and done. The guys are great at keeping me updated and calling me back, and I trust them completely.
