Looks like they installed a new tow hitch which took most of the hit but now I see why they offered me $200 besides the repair I thought the original plan was to repaint the bumper which seemed a little too much for me so I thought they were going to buff out the clearcoat scratches and include the 200 bucks on top. Would appreciate if they at least try to buff them out it would take less than 10 minutes instead you guys just swapped my tow hitch and kept the truck for two days.

What I was expecting it was beyond their capability although I have pointed there is GAP between rear bumper and Trunk, however they kept my car for one more day with no improvement on the issue so I picked my car due to it was waste of time and this reflects GIECO repair method for choosing unprofessional repair service so in conclusion I can say I am only the one who have to bear the loss for someone else fault.
