Only frustration original estimate said my CRV would take 3 days. Then text message sent said process moving forward and completion estimated on day 7. I confirmed. No warning said anything different. Then I get a call and text saying CRV is done to come in pick up and return rental. With no warning this was frustrating. Good it was completed early but bad because I was not kept informed of this possibility. Made pick up of CRV a Challenge 4 days earlier then I was exspected.
