First I was disappointed by the paint job on the front bumper which instead of painting the damaged area only or the full bumper, instead painted half the bumper with a very clear and visible line right down the center. Second, when I returned home and inspected further I found the exterior lower portion door panel is loose and not secured properly. Unfortunately, we will have to be in further contact.

Jody and the receptionist went out of there way to make sure the job was done from beginning to end. That and the text updates was a nice touch. This is the first time I used Abra and I would reccomened them. Abra was refreshingly quick from my experience with body work. Cars are either easier to fix now days because they seem disposable or Abra is the real deal. Will see what the test of time will say about the work itself. Thank you Abra I couldn't notice there was an accident at all. Just like Jody said from the get go and that made me feel like I was in good hands.

I got rear ended. I expected to have a new bumper and for everything that was damaged to be replaced. Instead I got a new hitch and new plastic pads and the actual bumper was left with all the scratches and chips caused by the collision. I am very disappointed and expected a thorough and complete replacement but I got a patch job.
