Service King Oak Forest

My truck looks great. The only issue I'm having is one of the trucks mirrors is now not working. Hopefully my husband can figure out why it's not moving.

It looks beautiful. The constant communication updates were very helpful. I had hoped that the car would have been ready to pick up this morning. We were able to work around that.

Timely and excellent service.

Seems to be a lack of communication between the workers at the front desk. When we dropped off the van for repair we informed them that we would not be back in town for 10 days. So this was a perfect time to leave the van for repair and not have any concerns on length of time for the repair to be completed. After repeated calls from Service King that my van was ready for pickup, while out of town on vacation, we got home and went to pick up the van. Found that of your 8 step repair process the final reassembly of the vehicle had not been completed, the quality assurance certainly could not have even been done and the vehicle most definitely was not ready. All after 4 phone calls to us that the van was ready for pickup beginning 5 days before our return to town. Final detailing was not done; fasteners and screws on the drivers side front and rear wheel wells were hanging loose and/or missing; the molding on the driver's door was not properly affixed to the door and the door handles on both the driver's door and driver side sliding door had not been repainted along with those body panels and stood out like a sore thumb. Mike the service manager did rectify the issues and supplied us a free rental car for the additional 2 days it took to repair in consideration for our inconvenience. So ultimately were are satisfied with the repair, but not necessarily the process. I trust that this will instill better communication between your staff members and increase focus on quality control. Lastly, thanks for the full tank of gas! That was a nice touch and very much appreciated. Ray Tarantino

everything seems fine. When I noticed a problem with the trunk they immediately took it back and fixed it. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

The body work was done very well. There was a mixup and the windshield wasn't repaired, but a plan to have that remedied is in place.
