Repair work looked excellent and customer service was great. Only suggestions: ****) i found the daily emails with no substantive content completely useless. 2)tell me when me car is ready, not what's happening to it now-- I called one day to ask approximately when my car would be ready, so I could plan my transportation for the week and plan my car pick-up. The guy on the phone kept telling me what was happening to the car "e.g. It's in the paint shop now," or "it'll be in reassembly tomorrow." He didn't understand that I didn't know what that meant regarding when my car would be ready for pick-up. I finally said that I didn't know what that meant and just wanted to know a day and time to pick up my car, but just a suggestion to be aware of for the future. Overall I was very satisfied with the service.

everything went as far as the work but it would have been nice to know that you al would be closed Saturday. I came down to get my car but a sign said you were closed for the holiday, has I knew this I would have picked it up Friday.
