From the very beginning, your team was very friendly and answered my questions. While you computer system was down, you forward the contract via email; and even though I could not sign it, you accepted my verbal yes until I came in to sign the necessary work orders. You further kept me informed through text messages the status. My car looks just like it did when I bought it.
